Books I’m Reading:
I recently completed Joe Stiglitz’s book The Road to Freedom and wrote a review: Stiglitz provides an interesting book for people to consider many externalities and what to do about them. While he is a progressive with whom I often disagree, I wanted to read this book to get more of his insight into whether I disagreed. I mostly disagree with his view that markets have many externalities that aren’t already priced in by the market and require government intervention. Markets work best. Check it out.
