A great distinction, the most effective "antitrust" action isn't a lawsuit, its lowering the cost of entry.

Reminds me of ASCAP in 1941. They were the music guild of the era and when they tried to double their fees, instead of seeking government intervention, broadcasters just boycotted them and found alternatives, and it opened the gates to outsider genres (blues, country, etc...)
